ANNUAL ADVENT DINNER AND FUNDRAISER
If you have not yet attended one of our special events, this is the one to see! We decorate the indoor courtyard with a huge Christmas tree, lights, music, and the smell of excellent food and wine. This event is a wine tasting event with non-alcoholic beverages available. Here is the 2008 Advent Dinner Menu;
Assorted Appetizers (To include cheese and crackers, stuffed mushrooms and wine)
Starts promptly at 6:30 pm
Cost $40.00 with discounts available for large groups and those wishing to help host the event
Pumpkin Basil Soup
Bread
Pear Endive, and Watercress Salad
Shrimp Scampi and Rice
Roast Loin of Pork with mustard-peppercorn crust and cider gravy
Smashed Potatoes
Broccoli with red bell pepper and carmalized almonds
Chocolate Dessert Bar (To include chocolate fountains, chocolate covered cherries, cheesecake, and assorted chocolate favorites from the church members)
